What’s included
USDOT AND MC AUTHORITY
We review your entity and intended operation before preparing the federal registration steps. A USDOT number identifies a carrier for safety oversight; operating authority may be required for certain for-hire interstate transportation. Your cargo, equipment, routes, and business model determine what applies.
Our service includes application guidance, BOC-3 coordination, UCR setup, and a launch checklist. Insurance filings and FMCSA review are separate steps before authority can become active. Government and third-party charges are additional to our $299 service fee.

FMCSA says new-applicant URS processing may take about 20–25 business days, and further agency review can add eight weeks or longer. Approval timing is controlled by the agency.
No approval promises: Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Government agencies, insurers, service providers, missing information, and additional review can change the schedule.
Understanding separate fees
CarrierSpring’s price covers our preparation and support. Government and third-party charges are paid separately after we confirm what applies to your operation.
