CLEAR DISPATCH PRICING
$200 setup. 6% for your first 30 days. Then 8%.
The one-time setup fee covers carrier onboarding, document review, broker-packet preparation, dispatch-profile setup, equipment and lane planning, and access to the CarrierSpring workflow.
Your introductory dispatch fee is 6% for the first 30 calendar days beginning on your service start date. The standard fee becomes 8% on day 31. The signed dispatch agreement explains which load revenue is included in the calculation.
You remain in control of your operation and approve every load before it is booked. Active authority, insurance, required documents, and a signed dispatch agreement are required before dispatch begins.
Onboarding generally takes 3–7 business days after the carrier profile, agreement, setup fee, and required documents are complete.
The $200 setup fee covers onboarding and carrier setup. The dispatch fee is 6% of covered load revenue for the first 30 calendar days, then 8% afterward. Freight availability, rates, and revenue are market-dependent; CarrierSpring does not guarantee loads, rates, or earnings.
No approval promises: Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Government agencies, insurers, service providers, missing information, and additional review can change the schedule.

What can delay the process?
Missing or inconsistent information, agency review, name availability, insurance filings, third-party processing, and requested corrections can all add time.
Does CarrierSpring guarantee approval or results?
No. CarrierSpring organizes and supports the process, but government agencies, insurers, brokers, candidates, customers, and other third parties make their own decisions.
